Meet Katie B. Smith

Katie B. Smith is an Executive Coach.  For the past 15 years, she has focused on strategic consulting on both sides of the fence: with business leaders to build their executive teams, and with professionals seeking Director to C-level roles with privately-held companies. Katie’s hands-on approach is direct, open and thought-provoking. She builds relationships founded on accountability and trust. Her goal when coaching clients is to ask provocative questions that help them create tangible goals with real personal meaning and build the internal accountability necessary to attain those goals.  A member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a graduate of Coach University, Katie lives in Denver, CO, and coaches clients all over the globe.
