The CAREER-Magic Resume Development Process

  1. BACKGROUND – Send your most recent resume and/or your LinkedIn URL and a maximum of 3 different job ads representing your job interests to tracy@career-magic.com.
  2. ORDERING – Order your service package. Read important information in the automated order confirmation email.
  3. PRELIMINARY DRAFT -Within 3-4 business days, we will send a preliminary resume draft and a link to set up telephone interviews.
  4. DRAFT REVISIONS – We will exchange resume drafts by email and schedule additional calls as needed.
  5. PEER REVIEW – When you are happy with the resume draft, consider sending our resume review instructions to  some of your trusted peers for feedback.
  6. FINAL PROOFREADING – After we’ve discussed peer review feedback, we will complete proofreading of your resume.
  7. VERSIONS – Following proofreading, I will produce up to 3 versions of your resume based on the job ads you provided at the start of the project.
  8. ONGOING JOB SEARCH SUPPORT -Throughout your job search, access CAREER-Magic job search content and set up weekly brainstorming sessions to get the best possible results.
